Hands-on Claude training for teams.

60+ people trained across 12 sessions.

Details
The problem
Generic AI workshops end with a slide deck and no change in how people work.
What I did
90-minute hands-on sessions. Everyone builds one workflow on a real task. Time baseline first, survey two weeks later.
Who
25 executives at a commercial plant grower, small groups of real estate agents, and 30 students. The agents now use Claude to plan their day, manage outreach, and track deals.

Plant Printed video pipeline

Topic in, captioned video out, posted to four platforms.

Structure beat polish on hooks in a four-format test.

Details
The problem
Daily short-form video by hand doesn't scale for a small team.
What I did
Claude writes the script, hooks, captions, and hashtags. ElevenLabs voices it. It renders with captions and auto-posts to Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts. About 40 validation runs before I trusted it.

Trading Lab

Testing if an AI pick process from sports carries over to options.

Paper trading only. No real capital yet.

Details
The problem
Most trading "systems" get judged on memory and screenshots, not a clean record.
What I did
Every pick is logged with odds and a timestamp before the result. A nightly wrap grades returns, win/loss, and each model.
